Our Newly Qualified (NQ) training programme focuses on supporting colleagues transition to a NQ solicitor. The programme is designed to cover a range of topics including career development and financial training as well as build networks and facilitate collaboration, creating a real sense of togetherness across our NQ group to develop your career with the Firm.

What sort of work? Right now, our highly regarded Real Estate group is looking for a Solicitor to join our growing Transactional Real Estate (TRE) team. This role will support the TRE team in delivering first class service to its clients. The role provides a varied workload including:

Why this team? Our TRE Team is a leading real estate team with 40 colleagues operating across all offices and including many lawyers named as leading individuals in Chambers and Partners.

The team have a market leading profile in residential development and strategic land, sustainable economy and energy work and commercial real estate work.

The team prides itself on its highly commercial, collaborative and creative approach. It services its City, national and south west client base with lawyers working together across its highly aligned Exeter, Bristol, London and Cheltenham office bases.

Most people in the team choose to work at least half their working week in the office, with the balance of time spent working from home.
