The Consultant Role
As Revenue Operations Consultant you will work closed with our Directors, Head of Sales and Strategic Development Managers leveraging Hubspot to maximise growth and profitability. This will be done by streamlining processes, providing data-driven insights, and enhancing the overall user experience of Hubspot.
This role is a fixed-term role for an independent contractor available for 1 to 2 days per week for a period of six months.
You will support the sales and strategic development teams to meet targets and deadlines and ensure they are operating best practice within Hubspot. Additionally, you will provide strategic consulting on revenue operations and Hubspot.
As a consultant in this role, you will be expected to:
- Work with the Directors and Head of Sales on all practices / processes related to Hubspot.
- Review current Hubspot setup and processes and sharing recommendations with the Strategic Development Director and Head of Sales.
- Create, updating and maintaining Hubspot process documents.
- Collaborate with the sales and strategic development teams to meet targets and deadlines, as well as ensuring best practice within Hubspot.
- Provide strategic and practical consulting on integrating systems into Hubspot.
- Drive sales and revenue through sharing relevant Hubspot data.
- Identify upsell opportunities through the CRM.
- Identify, create and share relevant Hubspot reports.
- Acting as an expert for marketing automation.
- Train all relevant team members on use of Hubspot.

Experience requirements for this consultancy role:
- Experience of and expertise in Hubspot (CRM – sales and marketing hubs)
- Proven experience in a prior revenue operations, sales operations, or related role
- Experience in a legal/recruitment tech business
