First Impressions Assistants are responsible for the day to day running of a professional and effective front of house and hospitality service to internal and external clients and visitors of the firm.

You will often be the first point of contact and will provide excellent customer service to those working in and visiting the Kingsley Napley offices. The First Impressions team are clear, professional and engaging in their approach; proactively working together as a team and demonstrating excellent attention to detail their work.

The First Impressions team work on a rota basis to ensure the hours of 08:00 to 19:00 are covered. The rota is based on a 35-hour working week
